Intertek Trinidad supports local children's home

Colleagues updated facilities and donated essential items

Intertek Trinidad recently visited a children’s home and crisis nursery in Couva to help improve its facilities and donate resources to support the wellbeing of the children in its care.

Our colleagues carried out a range of maintenance activities across the property, including painting and refreshing the nursery, replacing clotheslines, cleaning the garden, cutting grass, pruning fruit trees and removing debris, including a fallen tree. These efforts helped enhance the safety and appearance of the facility, creating a more welcoming environment for both children and staff.

Additionally, our team donated essential resources, including clothing, books and toys, helping to support learning, play and everyday comfort for the children living at the home now and in the years ahead.
